Key Management Personnel:

Todd Stakset  – Project Manager

Todd Stakset is the owner of Tacoma Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and has been an active participant in all phases of the business since 1976.  Todd oversees both preconstruction design as well as the construction phase to ensure that all schedule and budget criteria are met.

Bill Combs  – Project Design Engineer

Bill Combs has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, is a resident in Tacoma, and has been employed at Tacoma Plumbing since 2005.  Prior to joining our firm, Bill worked as a design engineer for Larry Storset at LNS Engineers where he designed several senior housing projects for our firm.  Bill is just completing design on Nativity House which is scheduled to start construction summer 2013 in Tacoma, Washington.

Bryan Cole  – AutoCAD Drafter

Bryan Cole has been with Tacoma Plumbing since 2005.  Prior to joining or firm, Bryan was employed for 14 years at BCE engineers specifically engaged in plumbing design utilizing AutoCAD software.

Doug Brown  – Project Plumbing Superintendent

Doug Brown has been with Tacoma Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for 10 years and takes pride his on-site work as well as meeting project schedules.  Doug is currently supervising the Hilltop Medical Center project, which is scheduled to be complete this fall 2013. Doug has recently completed projects on the Olympic Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center in Olympia, WA and Panorama Skilled Nursing Home Addition in Lacey, WA (which was an AP Rushforth Project).

Mike Gilbertson  – Safety Coordinator

Mike Gilbertson has been with Tacoma Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for well over 12 years, and has been involved in the plumbing industry for over 25 years.  Mike has taken the reigns of safety in our company, making improvements by forming a safety committee and now enjoys watching how the employees take responsibility of safety.
